  • Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

If the courier is unable to deliver:
  • They will make two more attempts
  • If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us
Reshipping may require additional charges.

  • Record a video while opening the package
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos or video proof for faster resolution
