Return & Refund Policy

At Velvink, we want you to love what you order. If there is any issue with your product, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before requesting a return.


1. Return Eligibility 
You can request a return only in the following cases:
  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Size delivered is different from what you ordered
We currently do not accept returns for reasons such as color preference, change of mind, or incorrect size selection by the customer.
2. Condition of the Returned Item 
To be eligible for return, the product must:
  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include all original tags and labels
Items that show signs of wear, washing, perfume, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
3. Return Request Window
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.

4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
  1. We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  3. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Please note: Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchange Policy
If the product is available in stock, we can offer a replacement instead of a refund for eligible cases.
If the product is out of stock, only a refund will be provided.
